The second phase of year five quarter eighteen is accomplished as it was planned. This quarter was launched on 1st June-31 August, 2009, it was conducted various endeavors which SAHAN member organizations and the rest of the community.

 Seven activities was targeting were conducted this quarter and were briefly written bellow.

 15 previous trained organization’s representatives in year four gave refresh training, how to restore the course have already taken and reach other members of the organization.

 20 new organizations were selected and capacitated organizational capacity building programme .organizations were selected six regions in Somaliland each regions was selected two organizations, while other ten other participants’ representation Hargeisa region.

The last twenty organizations made 70 organizations overall total organizations were trained since beginning of the global fund end of 2006, which means that 70% of SAHAN member organizations were capacitated.

 These organizations were trained different departments, programs, administration, and financial management.

The overall aim of this training was to enhance the capacity of SAHAN member organizations and submit resources.

 Struggling against of HIV/AIDS awareness, the most excellent instrument is IEC material, after that SAHAN published 600 copies of newsletter and distributed different parties of the community, Donors, member organizations, universities and other important parts.

At the end of quarter 17, SAHAN secretarial staffs were done monitoring and evaluation, weather the activities were accomplished or not as it were planed. In the conclusion the result were became that all    endeavors conducted effective and efficiency,
