The total training persons were 720 persons in summation of every region 120 individual directly received training, in return expecting to expose indirectly with countless others for their community whose were not able to attending this workshop.
Since first Somaliland government declared to fight for this epidemic disease control SAHAN network and many its partner national, international, and UN agency working cooperatively side by side to take all necessary precaution in all over Somaliland regions by exerting untried effort every continues because apart from ARV treatment the only solution we have is to change risk behavior practice within the community so BCC come in to the term of pandemic forefront. Despite of it there is a lot of obstacle and hinders in BCC program as all, towards way of conducting operation sometime there is like environmental problems such raining weathers and some regions has very poor infrastructures and sometime come to hard to reach on time coupled with security fear which is main problem faced BCC operation team and frontline staff hinder their achieving target population. Though this programs running smoothly since first established in Somaliland and successfully reached several target population in the community according its geographically scope coverage somehow not sufficient with base of tacking in country financially, human resource and material and need extra-funding to reaching accessible of information dissemination holistically for all possible communicable channel that applicable and available in every specific sectors in the community as all. |
